Teresa was born in Syracuse, New York, and grew up in Exton, Pennsylvania. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Science degree, she lives in Merritt Island on a waterfront canal home. Having owned a direct riverfront home and a couple of canal homes, along with selling millions of dollars in real estate, she has expertise in waterfront homes. ​

Teresa has been a Realtor for over 14 years. She is also very knowledgeable in new construction and marketing property throughout all of Brevard County. Managing rental property for her investors has been very beneficial to both her owners and tenants. Sales and marketing is her background and is what Ms. DeMark has been doing for over thirty years.

Her goal as Broker of All Real Estate, Inc is to give her customers and clients the most professional care, with integrity, honesty and due diligence in every transaction. Nothing pleases her more than to work hard for her sellers and buyers, negotiating the best deal possible.
